To serve our meat processor customers better, we've brought Austrian experts to the USA to train our main slaughterhouse, Swiss Meat and Sausage Company, in Mangalitsa-specific seam butchery techniques.

Our processor makes cuts like these (large PDF), which are ideal for making cured products.

The following meat processors reguarly buy and process our Mangalitsa into products:

  1. Johnston County Hams buys our hams, shoulders, bellies and jowls and cures them into ham and bacon.
